This site is the home of the Inclusive Learning Pledge and will soon house resources to help learning and development (L&D) professionals be more inclusive.
Most of these resources will be free so they’re accessible to everyone. Our hope is that this website will become a hub for instructional designers, learning experience designers, training specialists, and others who want to make their learning experiences more inclusive.
About This Site
This site is run by Kayleen Holt and the team at Scissortail Creative Services. Kayleen has been designing learning experiences for more than 25 years and holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology.
As a woman with multiple types of neurodivergence and disabilities, and as an LGBTQ+ Mama Bear, Kayleen cares deeply about making sure everyone is included, is treated with respect and love, and feels like they belong.
We created this site as an extension of the Inclusive Learning Pledge. Its purpose is to pull together references and resources for learning and development professionals to learn about making learning experiences and workplaces kinder and more inclusive.
